Returns will be accepted as long as the item is not damaged, unopened and has not been used and is still in its original packaging, it must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery and the Buyer pays for return postage.
If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Tools 2U Direct SW LTD has no responsibility for these charges.
